Just as we wrote in an article last month, Microsoft has launched another development tool to help developers port their applications from Android to Windows Phone 7 platform.
Microsoft is the platform with the least number of apps, quite far behind both iOS and Android, so it is a good effort to rectify the situation, and lure more developers to the platform.
