Samsung Galaxy S Gingerbread update delayed

It seems like the Samsung Galaxy S Gingerbread update which was rolling out in certain European countries has been suspended. This was the message posted by Vodafone UK:-

 So it looks like Indian folks waiting for the update will have to wait some more.
